1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") apply to all users of the kui99 platform, accessible at https://kui99.com and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications (collectively, the "Platform"). The operator of the Platform is referred to throughout this document as "kui99", "we", "us", or "our". Users of the Platform are referred to as "you", "your", or "the Player".

By accessing any part of the kui99 Platform — including browsing the website, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand and accept them, and that you agree to be bound by them. You also confirm that you accept our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement by reference.

kui99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this document and, where practicable, notify registered players via email. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the kui99 Platform and may request the closure of your account by contacting [email protected].

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use the kui99 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction that specifically prohibits online gambling or the receipt of online gambling services;
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order that you have placed on your own account or that has been placed by kui99;
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by kui99 for any violation of these Terms;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of kui99, nor a close family member of any such person, unless prior written consent has been obtained from kui99 management.

kui99 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Where age verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction, we reserve the right to suspend your account and withhold access to funds until verification is complete. If it is determined that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be permanently closed, all stakes will be refunded, any winnings generated will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to make use of parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms, including kui99. We recommend tools such as device-level content filtering and browser-based parental controls.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full features of the kui99 Platform, including placing bets, depositing funds, and claiming bonuses, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the kui99 Platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification;
• Your date of birth;
• A valid email address that you control;
• Your residential address in Bangladesh;
• A valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh;
• A chosen username and a strong, unique password.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. kui99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information. You must notify kui99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: kui99 applies a Know Your Customer verification process to all accounts prior to the processing of withdrawal requests and, in some cases, prior to the removal of deposit restrictions. KYC documents that may be requested include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, along with proof of residential address such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the previous three months. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

kui99 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion and without providing a reason.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All deposits and withdrawals on the kui99 Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No currency conversion is applied to player account balances. The following payment methods are accepted on the kui99 Platform:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to availability and issuer approval)

Deposits: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are credited to your kui99 account balance instantly in the vast majority of cases. Bank transfer deposits may take between one and three business hours to process depending on the sending institution. kui99 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Minimum and Maximum Transactions: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform and may vary by payment method. kui99 reserves the right to amend transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification.

Withdrawal Conditions: Funds deposited but not yet wagered at least once may be subject to a wagering review before withdrawal is approved. Bonus funds are subject to the specific wagering requirements outlined in the applicable bonus terms. kui99 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

kui99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These may include welcome deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, live casino promotions, and seasonal campaigns tied to events such as the BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered by kui99 unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion's terms page.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met in full.
• kui99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer from any player who is suspected of exploiting promotional terms through irregular betting patterns, arbitrage, or coordinated account activity.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing bets, unless the cashier settings specify otherwise.
• Bonuses expire as specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.
• kui99 may at its discretion modify, suspend, or cancel any ongoing promotion with reasonable notice to affected players.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the kui99 Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment credentials, providing false identity information, or engaging in any form of financial fraud or money laundering using the Platform;
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own name or another identity;
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age, or assisting any underage individual in doing so;
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus terms through coordinated betting, arbitrage, void bets, or any systematic approach designed to extract bonus value without genuine gambling activity;
• Collusion: Communicating with other players during live dealer games or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage;
• Software Exploitation: Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any third-party software to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by kui99;
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment disputes or chargebacks with your payment provider for deposits that were legitimately credited to your account;
• Offensive Conduct: Using abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language toward kui99 staff or other players through any Platform communication channel.

You also agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the kui99 Platform software, security measures, or infrastructure. Any such attempt will be treated as a serious breach of these Terms and referred to relevant cybercrime authorities.

7. Game Rules & Betting

All games available on the kui99 Platform — including live casino games, RNG casino games, slots, fishing games, and sports betting — are subject to individual game rules. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before participating. Game rules are accessible within each game interface and in the Help section of the Platform.

Sports Betting: kui99 offers pre-match and in-play betting across cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international fixtures featuring the Bangladesh Tigers), handball, football, and other sports. The following conditions apply to all sports bets:

• Bets accepted by the Platform are final and cannot be cancelled by the player once confirmed, except where the Platform's in-play cash-out feature is available and exercised prior to event settlement;
• If an event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned without a decisive result, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless kui99's specific event rules state otherwise;
• In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds being displayed, kui99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes;
• Maximum win limits per event and per day apply and are displayed in the sportsbook interface.

Casino Games: All RNG casino games on the kui99 Platform use certified Random Number Generator systems to produce random, verifiable outcomes. 8. Account Suspension & Closure

kui99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player;
• Detection of multi-accounting or use of automated software;
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure;
• The account being inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Where an account is closed due to a proven breach of these Terms, kui99 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Player-Initiated Closure: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons may request a cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately with no waiting period. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of KYC.

Dormant Accounts: Accounts with a positive real-money balance that have been inactive for 12 or more consecutive months are classified as dormant. kui99 will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy administration fee. The dormancy fee, if applied, will not reduce the account balance below zero.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kui99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, profits, or gaming opportunity due to Platform downtime, technical errors, or maintenance periods;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including underage gambling or account sharing;
• Losses resulting from reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, game descriptions, or promotional copy;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment service providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking institutions.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While kui99 takes all reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability and performance, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods will be communicated via the Platform and, where possible, to registered email addresses.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit kui99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. In the event of any ambiguity, the interpretation that most closely reflects the intent of kui99 as a responsible gaming operator serving the Bangladesh market shall prevail.

In the event of a dispute between you and kui99 arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any transaction conducted on the Platform, the following dispute resolution process applies:

1. Stage 1 — Direct Contact: Contact the kui99 support team at [email protected] describing the nature of your complaint in detail. We aim to provide an initial response within 2 business hours and a full resolution within 5 business days for most disputes.
2. Stage 2 — Formal Complaint: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at Stage 1, you may submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". Formal complaints are escalated to senior management and reviewed within 10 business days.
3. Stage 3 — Independent Review: If the matter remains unresolved following Stage 2, both parties agree to seek resolution through a mutually agreed independent dispute resolution process before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which kui99 operates. By using the Platform, you submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the above process.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and kui99 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter.
